  • Standard session fees are $175 for 45-50 minute blocks.

I can provide you a “receipt” or Superbill for you to provide your insurance company. Your insurance may provide you with partial or full reimbursement for our sessions. Please contact your insurance to see if you qualify for these benefits.

  • Feel free to fill out my Nirvana from for estimated benefits on my contact page. I always recommend double checking with you insurance company as well.

Reach out to your insurance company. Here are some questions to consider asking your insurance company:

    1. Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services? Is telehealth covered?

    2. How much of the fee is reimbursed for out-of-network providers?

    3. How long will it take to be reimbursed for sessions after I have submitted my claims?

    4. How many sessions per year are covered?

    5. How do I submit my superbill for reimbursement?

    6. Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • I do have some slide-scale spots open at this time.

I utilize the Green Bottle Method with reduced rates ranging $100-$150. Please reach out for more information.

If you are looking for this as an option, and I don’t have any availability, I recommend looking into Open Path for low-cost options or connecting with your insurance company for therapist referrals.

  • All sessions are virtual. So as long as you live in the state of Massachusetts, we can meet anywhere you deem a safe, confidential space via tele-health.

  • We will start off weekly. Why? Well, research shows that clients reach out when their symptoms are the most acute. In addition, research shows that weekly sessions actually offer the most effective treatment and consistent results. We will continue at this pace until coping strategies have been established.

After this, we can discuss biweekly or monthly as a form of maintenance and reevaluate as needed.

  • Nope. While this is an area of expertise, I work with folks of different identities, backgrounds, gender, and ethnicities who struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and anxiety.

  • I start the session by checking in with you about your past week, and/or reviewing if you were able to use any tools discussed.

Then we focus on what has been taking up space in your mind during the week.

Challenging emotions may come up and even tears. Thats what the space is for and crying can be healing and therapeutic.

The therapeutic space will be tailored to help you with your identified goals as well as processing and understanding emotions. There are times were something else may take the focus during the session and that’s okay. In addition, there may be moments of venting that are also okay.

While there is a space for venting in a therapeutic space, it’s important that we do not stay there and come back to our therapeutic goals and learned tools. If this is not a style that you are looking for, then we may not be a good fit for working together.

  • Clients are required to provide 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel and/or reschedule. Providing less than 48 hours notice or not showing an appointment will result in the client’s responsibility for the full session fee. Fee is waived if you are able to reschedule within the same week.

The fee will be charged on the day of the missed appointment
