Hi, I’m Lorrie.

Psychotherapist. Mentor. Speaker.

I am a lover of Formula 1 racing, anime (Show suggestions are always welcome), neo-soul paint sessions, and I’m an aspiring marathon runner. As a therapist, I help my clients create balance in their lives and face perfectionism head-on. I provide support with time management and productivity, create healthy and balanced boundaries, and anxiety and stress management.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2014. I received my Master's in Social Work from Bridgewater State University in 2019 and became independently licensed in 2022. I have worked in various settings including Crisis Units, Hospitals, Adult day programs, and other agency settings. I have experience working with adolescents and new mothers, those living with breast cancer, sickle cell disease, and many other Chronic Illnesses. I also have experience working in the adoption & foster care system.
