That’s What The Soft Reset Is For
The Soft Reset is a 90-minute virtual gathering designed to help you gently reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
It’s a space to slow down, soften, and start again.
What’s inside:
Grounding somatic tools to calm overwhelm and tension
Gentle guided journaling to quiet the noise and connect inward
Optional sharing in a supportive, affirming space
A reset that meets you where you have zero pressure to perform
You’ll leave with more breath, more clarity, and more of yourself.
